Grace has over 7 years of experience in the Outdoor Recreation & Education industry where she helped her clients overcome personal challenges through adventure based learning. During this time, she developed a passion for assisting people with disabilities and has spent the past 5 years working as a Disability Support Worker. She is now a Team Leader and Support Coordinator and has a deep and solid foundation to understand the barriers families face and the level of support they require.
